Tell me more!
Do you feel stuck and unsure if therapy could help? If you’ve ever wondered whether talking to someone could make a difference, you’re not alone.
Therapy can be a meaningful space to make changes that support your growth and healing. Clients often come to me when navigating life transitions, high-pressure work environments, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, grief, and feeling “stuck.”
My approach is collaborative and individualized. Sessions are often conversational and engaging, with time to process emotions, problem-solve, and develop practical strategies with humor. Laughter can be important!

Approach
I have specialized training in working with neurodivergent clients, particularly those who have struggled to find therapy that truly fits their needs. Many clients have multiple diagnoses, and together we identify where to focus to help you experience relief.
Specialized Care For:
- ADHD

- Depression
- Grief
- Perimenopause/Menopause
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- Life Transitions
My practice is a “no AI-use practice.” No AI software will be used behind the scenes for note taking, treatment planning, or recording. Client confidentiality and keeping your information secure is a priority.

- I use a combination ERP (Exposure Response Prevention Therapy) and psychodynamic techniques to treat symptoms relating to OCD. Additionally, I offer comprehensive assessments for people who think they may have OCD and would like to be officially diagnosed. When you have OCD, completing compulsions creates a false sense of “safety” and trains your brain to think you cannot handle certain stress triggers. Through ERP, I will help you reduce avoidance behaviors and slowly change your relationship with your thoughts. ERP can be very challenging, and I will be with you every step of the way. Learn more about OCD and ERP through these helpful links!
